Nissan has taken the automotive world by storm with the debut of the Hyper Force concept car at the Japan Mobility Show 2023, showcasing the future of the iconic GT-R. This hyper electric vehicle boasts a formidable 1,000 kilowatts, powered by an innovative megawatt electric powertrain featuring a cutting-edge solid-state battery and an enhanced version of Nissan's e-4ORCE all-wheel-drive system.
The lightweight carbon body, co-developed with the Nismo racing team, takes aerodynamics to the next level with a dual-level rear diffuser, a state-of-the-art plasma actuator, and active aero aids like front canards, front fender flip, and a dynamic rear wing. The exterior is complemented by forged carbon wheels and a nod to the classic GT-R aesthetic with quadruple round tail-lamps.
Inside the two-seater cockpit, potential 2+2 in the production model, carbon-fiber seats with four-point seatbelts set the stage for an immersive experience. Digital screens provide essential driving/racing information, and touch-operated controls manage infotainment, air-con, audio, suspension, and stabilizers.
With two driving modes, "GT" for grand touring and "R" for racing, the Nissan Hyper Force caters to diverse driving preferences. In the high-octane "R" mode, designed by Gran Turismo game company Polyphony Digital, the dashboard transforms with red, fast, and furious graphics. Switch to the more relaxed "GT" mode, and the cabin bathes in blue light, offering a simpler yet immersive driving experience—perfect for cruising after a thrilling day at the racetrack. Get ready for the future of extreme performance with Nissan's electrifying innovation.
