In a thrilling update, Mercedes introduces the revamped GLE SUV and GLE SUV Coupe to Singapore.
The latest iteration boasts a redesigned front bumper, with the GLE SUV showcasing a twin horizontal louvre grille and standard Multibeam LED headlights featuring four light points. Tailored details shine in the taillights, presenting a distinct daytime running light signature: two horizontal blocks for the GLE SUV and two bars for the GLE Coupe.
Arriving in the AMG Line exterior trim, the Mercedes-GLE dazzles with a chrome-accented Mercedes-Benz diamond grille and an AMG front apron. Complementing this, side sill panels and wheel arch cladding match the vehicle's exterior color, while the AMG Line finishes the SUV's rear with an AMG rear apron and diffuser-look insert.
Inside, both models feature the latest Mercedes steering wheel, incorporating touch-sensitive surfaces to operate the digital instrument cluster and central infotainment display. The cabin boasts chrome-accented center and side air vents, adopting touches from the Mercedes-Maybach GLS with Manufaktur piano lacquer black trim. Additionally, they offer ambient lighting options akin to those in the S-Class.
Entertainment takes a leap forward with the inclusion of a Burmester premium surround sound system equipped with Dolby Atmos immersive audio and online music services. With 13 speakers and 13 amplifier channels producing 590W, the audio experience is nothing short of exceptional.
The GLE lineup debuts with the GLE450, housing a 375bhp 3.0-liter engine coupled with a mild hybrid system, propelling it from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds. The Mercedes-AMG GLE53 boasts a 429bhp 3.0-liter engine and accelerates to the century mark in 5.0 seconds, equipped with the firm's AMG Performance 4Matic+ all-wheel drive system and adaptive air suspension.
Joining the lineup shortly in Singapore is the Mercedes-AMG GLE53 Coupe, expanding the exciting offerings of this lineup.
