COE results of the May 2023 1st bidding have just been released!
According to the latest results, the COE prices for Categories A, B, and E have decreased, while Category C has seen an increase. This result has implications for those who are planning to purchase a car in the near future.
Category A COE prices, which are for cars with engine capacity up to 1600cc and maximum power output not exceeding 97kW, decreased from $103,721 to $101,001. Category B COE prices, which are for cars with engine capacity above 1600cc or maximum power output above 97kW, also decreased from $120,889 to $119,399.
Category E COE prices, which are for open category vehicles, such as motorcycles, also saw a decrease from $124,501 to $124,002. On the other hand, Category C COE prices, which are for goods vehicles and buses, increased from $75,334 to $75,589.
